Accessing bootcamp certificate

Students can access their boot camp certificate by logging into their Learn (https://learn.nucamp.co) account.

For full-stack: Click on Courses -> Past -> Node, then select "This course" -> Simple Certificate and the certificate is available for download.

For front-end: Click on Courses -> Past -> React Native, then select "This course" -> Simple Certificate and the certificate is available for download.

For web fundamentals: Click on Courses on Courses -> Past -> HTML, CSS and JavaScript, then select "This course" -> Simple Certificate and the certificate is available for download.

For backend Python: Click on Courses -> Past -> Modern Software Engineering with DevOps, then select "This course" -> Simple Certificate and the certificate is available for download.

Cancellation & refund policy

We understand that "life happens", and that sometimes students need to attend to other pressing matters. We offer several options to adjust to these life events: reschedule attendance to a bootcamp and resume it with another cohort for $79 the first time ($99 for subsequent times), or drop-out completely, in which case we will refund:

100% within 5 days of registration up to the bootcamp start date,

100%, minus the registration fee, within 5 days or more after registration, and up to the bootcamp start date. Past the bootcamp start date, all future payments will be cancelled if you are on a Nucamp free payment plan, and your refund will be calculated based on the time spent in the bootcamp and the state education board policy.

Making a change is also quite easy: switching to another bootcamp, cancelling or dropping out can and needs to be performed by the student at https://www.nucamp.co/profile

Payments schedule for each bootcamp

The payments for the full tuition for the Full Stack bootcamp are in 6 installments as follows: 

1* st payment at registration 

2nd payment on first day of the first class (Bootstrap) 
3rd payment 1 month later 
4th payment 1 month later 
5th payment 1 month later
6th payment 1 month later

The payments for the full tuition for the Front End bootcamp are in 5 installments as follows: 

1st payment at registration 
2nd payment on first day of the first class (Bootstrap) 
3rd payment 1 month later 
4th payment 1 month later 
5th payment 1 month later

The payments for the full tuition for the Back End bootcamp are in 5 installments as follows: 

1st payment at registration 
2nd payment on first day of the first class (Python Fundamentals) 
3rd payment 1 month later 
4th payment 1 month later 
5th payment 1 month later

The payments for the full tuition of the Web Development Fundamentals bootcamp are in 2 installments as follows:

1st payment at registration 
2nd payment on first day of the first class (Tech Week)

The payments for the the full tuition of Job Hunting bootcamp are in 2 installments as follows:

Scholarships

Nucamp is proud to offer a number of scholarships to prospective students. Please view scholarship below for more details.

High School Graduates: All students who graduated in the years 2022 - 2019 and are 18 years or older qualify to the scholarship and to join a Nucamp Bootcamp

The Nucamp High School Scholarship fund will be set and distributed as follow:

4 Weeks Web Development Fundamentals Bootcamp: $50 Scholarship, 17 Weeks Front End Web and Mobile Development Bootcamp: $385 Scholarship for a $1,925 total tuition (early bird), or $445 for a $2,300 tuition (regular), 22 Weeks Full Stack Web and Mobile Development Bootcamp: $388 Scholarship for a $2,328 total tuition (early bird), or $436 for a $2,688 tuition (regular). 16 Weeks Back End, SQL, and DevOps with Python : $385 Scholarship for a $1,925 total tuition (early bird), or $445 for a $2,300 tuition (regular). The Nucamp High School Graduates Scholarship funding will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and until the fund is depleted.

A recipient can receive a maximum of 2 scholarships: one for the 4 Weeks Web Development Fundamental Bootcamp, and another one for the 16 Weeks Back end with Python, the 17 Weeks Front End Bootcamp or the 22 Weeks Full Stack Bootcamp.

Nucamp High School Graduates Scholarship will be delivered either via refund or adjustment of the tuition monthly payment plan.

Question 5

Cancellation & refund

Students can cancel their boot camp by doing the following:

Going to their profile at https://www.nucamp.co/profile

Clicking on “Change”

Selecting “Cancel” and confirming the cancellation

The student will receive a note on the applicable refund. The refund is processed to the card used to make the payment and reflects within the next 3 to 5 days depending on the bank’s processing time.

If the student has registered for the boot camp using a student loan, the refund/cancellation amount is the amount that the student owes Nucamp. The student will pay that amount to the loan provider according to the agreed upon payment schedule. The student loan amount is reduced to the amount specified.
