Cancellation & refund

Students can cancel their boot camp by doing the following:

Going to their profile at https://www.nucamp.co/profile

Clicking on “Change”

Selecting “Cancel” and confirming the cancellation

The student will receive a note on the applicable refund. The refund is processed to the card used to make the payment and reflects within the next 3 to 5 days depending on the bank’s processing time.

If the student has registered for the boot camp using a student loan, the refund/cancellation amount is the amount that the student owes Nucamp. The student will pay that amount to the loan provider according to the agreed upon payment schedule. The student loan amount is reduced to the amount specified.
