Refund request on different credit card

All refunds are made on the card that was used to make the payment. It’s an anti-fraud mechanism. If the student does not have that card any more, they will need to contact the bank that issued the card. The bank will have received the funds from Nucamp and should either send the student a check or credit the student’s checking account if they have one with them. 

Students can use their refund receipt as verification. This receipt is available on the student’s profile at https://www.nucamp.co/profile
